Shelly Lites

Shelly Lites began their work experience in 2013 as a Production Supervisor and Trainer at Dock 6 Pottery Inc. Shelly then transitioned to the real estate industry, starting as an Assistant Community Manager at Dominium in July 2018. In this role, they managed multiple properties and was responsible for financial requirements, marketing, tenant applications, and resolving tenant issues. Shelly was later promoted to Community Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations and training staff. In September 2020, Shelly became a Roving Community Manager at Dominium before leaving in April 2021. Shelly then joined Centerspace as a Community Manager, where they worked until May 2023. Currently, Shelly Lites is an Operations Coordinator at Steven Scott Management, Inc.
