Previously, Steven served as Tax Director at Zunamon & Co from August 1990 to October 1997 and held the position of Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co from August 1981 to August 1990. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
