Bob Hayes

Bob Hayes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in building systems and commissioning. Since February 2022, Bob has served as a Senior Building Systems Engineer at Steven Winter Associates. Previously, Bob held the position of Program Manager at NV5 and worked as a Senior Commissioning Engineer and Lead Commissioning Engineer at MBP. Prior to that, Bob managed and consulted for Paladino and Company's Advanced Commissioning Group, focusing on sustainable building practices. Bob's early career included project engineering at S.D. Keppler & Associates, specializing in LEED building commissioning, and roles at the University of Maryland, where Bob managed transit operations and supported engineering education. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
