Denise Lewis

Denise Lewis serves as the Assistant Director of Building Safety and Housing Property Services at Stevenage Borough Council since July 2023. Previously, Denise held the position of Executive Director at Greatwell Homes from April 2019 to June 2023, and prior to that, Denise was the Director of Asset and Development at Wellingborough Homes from May 2015 to March 2019. Denise has extensive experience at Islington Council as Head of Housing Strategy and Regeneration from November 2009 to May 2015, focusing on the development of housing strategies and improving service quality. Earlier roles include various positions at South Cambridgeshire District Council and Wherry Housing Association, along with a background in housing advice and management. Denise holds a CIH Professional Qualification in Housing and Human Environments from Anglia Ruskin University.
