Joe Mella

Joe Mella serves as the Vice President of Client Engagement at StevenDouglas and is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for ALPFA, Inc., which focuses on empowering Latino leaders. Mella has held several key positions at Goldman Sachs, including Global Lead for Strategic Outsourcing, Chief Administrative Officer for Finance and Risk divisions, and Global Head of Recruitment. Additionally, Mella is an Advisory Board Member at St. John's University and holds the position of Chairman of the Corporate & Philanthropic Council at the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU).
