Kay Shah

Kay Shah serves as the Director of the Family Office Division at StevenDouglas since March 2023. Previously, Kay was the Team Head for Agreus from July 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included establishing the US office for serving single and multi-family offices. Additional experience includes roles such as Chief of Staff at Ruparelia Group and General Manager for Premier Recruitment, Recruitment Manager at multiple organizations, and Business Development roles across various sectors. Kay holds a 2:1 degree in Spanish with Business and Management from The University of Manchester and has completed additional training in Spanish Language and Literature at Universitat Politècnica de València.
