Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is a Managing Associate in Corporate M&A at Stevens & Bolton LLP since May 2023. Previously, Andrew held the positions of Associate Director and Senior Associate in Corporate M&A at Osborne Clarke from March 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in Corporate M&A/ECM at Simmons & Simmons from September 2015 to March 2019 and as a Legal Secondee in Investment Banking at Numis Securities from March 2018 to September 2018. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, along with a Professional Skills Course at The University of Law.
