Kerry Garcia

Kerry Garcia has over 15 years of experience in immigration and employment law. Kerry is currently a Partner and the Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration at Stevens & Bolton LLP. Their role involves advising employers and employees on business immigration matters, the Points Based System, and all aspects of employment law, with a focus on TUPE related matters. Prior to their current position, Kerry worked as a Senior Associate in Employment & Immigration at Stevens & Bolton LLP from 2006 to 2013. Kerry also worked as a Solicitor in Employment & Immigration at Denton Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton) from 2002 to 2006.

Kerry Garcia attended Rochester Grammar School for Girls from 1990 to 1995. Kerry then pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained an MA (Oxon) degree in Law with German Law.
