Eric H.

Eric H. has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career as a Summer Analyst at LEÓN, MAYER & Co. in 2015, where they worked in private equity. In 2016, they joined USAA Real Estate Company as a Summer Analyst in the real estate department. Eric then moved to Goldman Sachs in 2017, where they worked as a Summer Analyst in the GSAM Fixed Income division. Eric continued at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in GSAM Fixed Income from 2018 to 2021. Concurrently, in 2018, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia for the COMM 3721 Quantitative Finance course. In 2022, Eric became a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard University for CS 182 - Artificial Intelligence. Currently, they are working as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Steven Capital Management LP.

Eric H. has an extensive education history in the field of data science and finance. Eric completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences from 2021 to 2022. During the same period, they also pursued a second MS degree in Data Science at the Institute for Applied Computational Science (IACS) at Harvard University.

Prior to their master's degrees, Eric H. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Statistics and Finance from the University of Virginia from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, where they received another BSc degree in Commerce.

In addition to their formal education, Eric H. has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. Eric earned an SQL (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank in January 2022. Eric completed the Learn C++ Course, Learn Recursion with Python Course, and Learn Sorting Algorithms with Python Course at Codecademy in July 2021. Earlier, in June 2021, they obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Linear Models and Matrix Algebra. Furthermore, in December 2020, they received a Problem Solving (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank. Lastly, in February 2017, they completed the Learn SQL Course at Codecademy.
