Dena Gullickson

Dena Gullickson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Dena began their career at Associated Bank in 1991 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they worked until 2001.

In 2001, Gullickson joined Stevens Construction Corp. and has held various HR positions within the company. Dena initially served as a Human Resources Manager for almost 20 years, from June 2001 to January 2021. Dena then advanced to the role of Director of Human Resources in January 2021 and continues to hold this position.

Dena Gullickson received their Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Investments from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1995. Dena has also obtained additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2022 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015.
