David M. Harman Ms

David M. Harman MS, CSP has extensive experience in safety management and project oversight within the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager and Divisional Safety Manager for Cleveland Operations at Stevens Engineers & Constructors since March 2019, David manages field safety representatives and develops Health and Safety Plans for projects. Prior to this role, David held positions including Project Manager for US Operations-Power Generation at Amerisafe Group, where responsibilities included managing over 20 Field Safety Consultants and developing safety procedures for a variety of renewable energy projects. Additional experience includes roles as a Construction Project Manager at Dunbar Inc., owner of Harman Safety Consulting Services, Site Safety Manager at Bruce & Merrilees Electric Co., and Environmental Health and Safety Engineer at Kawneer Company. Educational qualifications include a BS in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Occupational Safety Engineering from Columbia Southern University, and a Certificate in Project Management from Youngstown State University.
