John (J.R.) E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John (J.R.) began their career in 2003 as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy Reserve, where they served as an Officer in Charge for two Navy Expeditionary Logistics Companies. In 2009, they joined HMAC as the VP of Manufacturing for the Machining Division, where they were responsible for division profit, budget, and capital investments. John (J.R.) implemented reaction plans to improve non-performing product lines and reduced capital investments by improving manufacturing processes. In 2013, John joined Stevens Industries, Inc., starting as a Quality Assurance Manager and providing supervision and technical guidance to the QA staff. John (J.R.) then progressed to the role of Vice President Casework Services and later became the Vice President of Quality Assurance. This role made him ultimately responsible for ensuring defect-free products.
John (J.R.) E. began their education in 1989 when they attended Eastern Illinois University. John (J.R.) pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Technology, completing their studies in 1995. After a gap in their education, John returned to school in 2010 and enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. John (J.R.) pursued an Executive MBA and successfully completed their studies in 2012.
