Justin Niebrugge

Justin Niebrugge is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional with a strong background in lean manufacturing and process improvement. Since February 2015, Justin has served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Stevens Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include leading projects to enhance efficiency, investigate new products and machinery, and training employees in 6 sigma and lean principles. Previously, from July 2012 to January 2015, Justin worked as a Design Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on cost reduction projects and the design of transmission components. Justin began a career at Stevens Industries, Inc. as an Engineering/CAD Draftsman from 2007 to May 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Engineering from Lake Land College.
