Ashley Chillar

Ashley Chillar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple universities and roles. Ashley began their career at New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they served as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the President and later as a Resident Assistant and Lead Orientation Coordinator. Ashley then transitioned to Rutgers University, where they held various positions such as College Student Affairs Graduate Program Intern, Instructor at the School of Arts and Sciences Transfer Center, Graduate Coordinator for New Student Orientation, and Graduate Intern at the Honors College. Following their time at Rutgers, Ashley joined INTO University Partnerships as a Student Services Coordinator, where they provided academic coaching and facilitated programs for international students. Most recently, they have been working at Stevens Institute of Technology, first as an Assistant Director of Graduate Student Affairs and then as an Associate Director for Student Affairs Operations.

Ashley Chillar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Ed.M degree in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University during the period of 2013 to 2015. Ashley completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) in International Business at New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in 2020.
