Frank Locastro

Frank LoCastro, MBA, MS, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Facilities and Campus Operations at Stevens Institute of Technology, a position held since June 2017. Previously, Frank held the role of Vice President of Operations & Facilities at the Trust for Governors Island from November 2016 to June 2017, and served as Vice President for Operations Management at Central Park Conservancy from May 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of Central Park. Frank also worked at ZenithOptimedia Group as Vice President, Director of Facilities, managing numerous corporate locations across North America from March 2007 to May 2011, and began a career in facility management as Manager of Academic Facilities at New York University from July 1995 to 2005. Frank holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a BS in Real Estate from New York University.
