Gregory Bardzell

Gregory Bardzell is currently serving as the Associate Director of the Stevens Transfer Student Success Initiative (STSSI) and Associate Director of Transfer Admissions at Stevens Institute of Technology, where notable achievements include the establishment of "Admitted Transfer Student Day" and the launch of a successful transfer recruitment program. Prior to this, Gregory held the position of Director of Success Partnerships at St. Francis College, overseeing outreach and partnerships to create transfer pathways for students. Experience includes roles at the University of Arizona as Location Manager and Micro-Campus Coordinator, and various positions at Northeastern University, Rider University, and EF Education First, demonstrating a strong background in educational partnerships, program development, and student support. Gregory holds a Master’s degree in Counseling with a Concentration in Student Affairs from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the same institution.
