Jose Cortes is an accomplished systems engineer with extensive experience in leading and transforming engineering processes at Lockheed Martin since 2019. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer Sr. Staff, Jose guides the development and implementation of digital capabilities to enhance design processes. Prior roles include serving as a System Engineer Staff Deputy IPT Lead and Sr. Systems Engineer, where responsibilities spanned technical planning, integration, and systems analyses.
