Louis J. Mayer

Louis Mayer has a strong background in finance and management. Louis started their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen in 1979 and worked there until 1983. Afterwards, they joined The University of the Arts as their Chief Financial Officer from 1987 to 1997. In 1997, Mayer became the VP for Finance & Investments at The William Penn Foundation and held that position until 2003 when they became the VP for Financial Affairs & Treasurer at Saint Joseph's University. Louis worked at Saint Joseph's University until 2015, when they transitioned to their current role as the CFO, VP for Finance and Treasurer at Stevens Institute of Technology.

Louis Mayer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University from 1975 to 1979. Louis then pursued an MBA in Executive Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1994 and 1996. Later, they completed an Ed.D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating between 2009 and 2011.
