Jess MacMillan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Jess started their career at Fluor in 1998 as a Project Management/Rigging Engineer. From there, they joined Mr. Crane Inc. in 2006, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer until 2013. In 2013, they moved to Maxim Crane Works, LP as the Director of Business Development. Following that, they worked at Haag Engineering from 2017 to 2020 as an Associate Engineer. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Stevenson Crane, Rigging & Heavy Haul, a position they have held since 2020.
Jess MacMillan attended Shasta High School, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Following high school, they went on to study Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1995 to 1998. Jess later pursued further education at Chapman University, earning an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree in Business from 2010 to 2012.
