Lee West has over 38 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as Branch Manager at Stevenswood Trade Centres Ltd since January 2018. Prior to this role, Lee worked as Store Manager at Topps Tiles Plc from January 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing and coaching staff to optimize sales and maintain high standards of customer service. Lee's career began as Stock Manager at B&Q from January 1990 to January 2005, focusing on effective stock management and team empowerment. Earlier experience includes managing a team of department managers at Gateway Foodmarkets from July 1985 to December 1990, also deputizing for the Area Manager across 13 stores. Lee West completed education at Marple Hall High School from 1978 to 1983.
