Tedd Duncan is a seasoned professional in land planning and design with extensive experience in various esteemed firms. Currently serving as Managing Studio Leader and Manager of Land Planning and Design at Stewart since 2016, Tedd has a proven track record of excellence. Previous roles include Sr. Associate at a large publicly held international firm from 2011 to March 2016, Principal at a highly collaborative small studio from 2009 to 2011, and Principal at a strong southeast firm from 2004 to 2009, where Tedd contributed to premier projects shaping urban environments. Tedd's career also includes a decade at a local small firm, gaining a broad range of project experience, and an early role as a Planner at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Tedd holds a BA in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1985 and 1989.
