Shannon Loughran B.Comm, CHRL has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate communication. Shannon Loughran began their career as a Communications Consultant at Samsung and LG Electronics in 2004. Shannon Loughran then moved on to become a Project Manager at Loughran Plastering Ltd. from 2005 to 2010. Shannon later served as a Human Resources Consultant and a member of the Board of Directors at the David Busby Centre from 2014 to 2020. In 2015, they joined Stewart Foodservice Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, eventually advancing to the roles of Human Resource Manager and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communication. In addition, Shannon is a Board of Director Member and Chair of Chapter Communications at the HRPA Barrie & District Chapter starting in 2022.
Shannon Loughran holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, earned from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph, graduating between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, Loughran completed a Diploma in Business Marketing at Fanshawe College from 1997 to 1999.
