Jake Petrosky is a seasoned professional in community planning with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Practice Leader of Community Planning at Stewart since July 2017, Jake has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Community Planning and Planning Manager, focusing on bicycle and pedestrian design and land planning. Prior experience includes a tenure at LandDesign as an Associate, where Jake specialized in land use, transportation planning, and GIS modeling, and previous roles as a GIS Analyst at ESRI. Jake began a planning career at the Gainesville Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization and the Capital Area MPO, gaining expertise in multi-modal transportation planning and socio-economic data analysis. Jake holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University.
