Matthew McGinley

Matthew McGinley, PLA, is an experienced landscape architect and project manager currently employed at Stewart since November 2018, specializing in urban design developments including mixed-use retail, commercial, office, multi-family, and higher education projects. McGinley has held various roles in the landscape architecture field, including Associate at Innovations Design Group, Senior Designer/Consultant at Q Design Group, and Landscape Designer III at B. Thayer Associates. With a strong foundation in design and project management, McGinley has contributed to both domestic and international projects, demonstrating expertise in environmental permitting, master planning, and high-end residential design. McGinley holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Duquesne University, and an Associate of Arts from Westmoreland College. Additionally, McGinley is a LEED Green Associate and a member of the ULI Carolinas committee.
