Dave Thurston

Dave Thurston is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as VP of Client Solutions at Stewart Leadership since April 2020, Dave specializes in refining strategy and developing talent for organizations. Since February 2022, Dave has also contributed as a Board Member at CFO Rising, a nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the next generation of CFOs. As the Founder of T Consulting Partners LLC, established in July 2017, Dave provides customized advising and mentoring to enhance personal growth and business results. Previously, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at John I. Haas, Inc., from April 2012 to June 2017, Dave significantly boosted business operations by redesigning strategies and revitalizing the brand. Dave's career began at Cargill, where key leadership roles in Natural Gas sales and marketing were impactful, along with foundational management training at McDonald's. Academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Spanish from the University of Denver.
