Nolan Godfrey is an accomplished leadership and organization consultant and coach and a trusted advisor to senior executives during strategic transformation and growth, M&A integration and culture change. His passion is driving client results through aligning people, process, structure, and technology.

Over the past fifteen years Nolan has served as a global organizational development executive and consultant delivering organization transformation, strategic planning, talent management, team development, and employee experience solutions for organizations in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries.

Nolan’s collaborative and client-focused approach along with his ability to translate strategic plans into organization and talent solutions has delivered results for his clients. He graduated from Weber State University with a BA in Business Administration and earned an MBA in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University, where he was a Dalton Scholar. He is certified in M&A Integration, change management, LEAD NOW! Self-Assessment and 360, and Hogan Assessments.

Nolan resides in Dallas / Fort-Worth with his wife and children. He has lived coast-to-coast and across the United States and in Brazil and maintains Portuguese fluency.
