Joel Reed

Joel Reed is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, tax law, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a partner at Stewart McKelvey since March 2021, Joel previously held positions as associate counsel at Cooke Aquaculture Inc. and in various roles at Stewart McKelvey, starting as a summer student and progressing to associate and articled clerk. Joel holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick, where an undergraduate degree in Political Science was also earned. Further qualifications include completion of the In-Depth Tax Course from CPA Canada.
