Lucy Hill has extensive work experience in various roles related to lawyer development, recruitment, and professional development. Lucy started their career in 2000 as a Labour Relations Consultant at Capital District Health Authority. In 2003, they joined Halifax Regional Municipality as a Senior Labour Relations Advisor / Labour Relations Consultant. In 2007, they moved on to Cox & Palmer, where they served as the Director of Professional Development until 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Lawyer Development & Recruitment at Stewart McKelvey since July 2011.
Lucy Hill pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Dalhousie University from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Saint Mary's University from 1991 to 1994, where they focused on arts with a major in Political Science.
