John Haack has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John began their career at LeSueur Incorporated as a Process Control Auditor, where they ensured product quality by inspecting castings and processes. John then moved to MICO Inc, where they served as a Sr. Customer Service Representative/Supervisor. In this role, they implemented new systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and provided exceptional customer service. Following that, they joined Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG as a Factory Training Manager, where they managed training operations. Currently, they work at Stewart & Stevenson as the Director of Training Operations, responsible for designing and performing training classes, creating instructional materials, and assisting technicians with troubleshooting power generation equipment.
John Haack attended Capella University from 2014 to 2017 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Leadership. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they attended South Central Technical College, where they studied Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, but did not earn a degree.
