Gary Rineer has over 40 years of experience in the construction and excavation industry, currently serving as Sr. Project Manager/Estimator at Stewart & Tate Construction since September 2016. Prior to this role, Gary held positions at Shoemaker Trucking and Excavating as Estimator/Manager, and spent significant tenure at Horst Excavating, where responsibilities included Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations for Excavating. Earlier career roles at Horst Excavating Co., Inc. and Andrews Excavating Inc. included various positions such as Chief Estimator and Site Superintendent. Gary Rineer earned an Associate's degree in Applied Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, between 1999 and 2005.
