Chance Ansel is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of expertise in managing general ledger operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of General Ledger at Stewart Title since November 2007, Chance Ansel oversees a team of 13 associates, leads accounting integrations for acquisitions, partners with financial planning groups, and manages annual audit processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations. Additionally, Chance Ansel holds the position of Head of Finance and Accounting at Republic Battery, LLC, a family-owned battery wholesaling business serving the Greater Houston area for over 70 years. Chance Ansel earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.
