Joseph S.

Joseph S. has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Joseph started their career at Punongbayan & Araullo as a Senior Associate from 2002 to 2006. Joseph then worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate from 2007 to 2009, where they were responsible for reviewing SEC filings and interacting with company executives. Joseph joined EY in 2010 and held various roles including Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager. At EY, they led audits of public clients and gained expertise in reviewing SEC filings and financial statements. Since 2015, Joseph has been with Stewart Title, where they initially served as the Director of Financial Reporting and later became the VP, Corporate Reporting. In this role, they lead the corporate accounting team and is primarily responsible for preparing SEC reports and managing financial reporting controls.

Joseph S. attended the University of the Philippines from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Business. Joseph also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (obtained in 2015) and the California Board of Accountancy (obtained in 2010).
