Kathy Kling

Kathy Kling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and title industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Stewart Title since December 2022, Kathy has previously held multiple roles at Adeptive Software/QUALIA LABS, INC from March 2010 to November 2022, including Product Manager I, UAT Tester, Trainer/Optimization Specialist, Business Analyst, and Customer Support Manager. Kathy’s earlier experience includes key positions at Fidelity National Title/LandAmerica as a Title and Escrow Trainer and Escrow Advisor, and as a Senior Escrow Closer at both Heritage Title Company and Land Title Guarantee Company. Kathy began the professional journey as a Senior Loan Closer at First United Bank. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Production Management from Colorado State University and is a certified Scrum Master.
