Jen Carlston

Jen’s journey to becoming a Business Operations Project Manager at Steyer was not a linear process. In college, she studied computer networking. While she enjoys keeping up on the latest technology trends, she finds she is happiest creating structure and developing processes to support business operations and creative teams. Jen is a logistical whiz, using her experience managing people, projects, and operations across startup, nonprofit, and global organizations to get things done.
