Kearsten started at Steyer as a Sourcing Intern before moving into her current position as Talent Acquisition Manager. She worked in the dental industry for eight years before joining the world of content creation. Kearsten loved bonding with her patients and supporting them through their procedures, but she’s delighted that her relationship building is no longer centered on teeth. At Steyer, she is thrilled to be helping candidates match with jobs that meaningfully advance their careers, creating lasting relationships in the process.
