Steyn City Properties
A lifestyle like no other. This is the promise that lies at Steyn City’s core, and which drives the parkland residence’s ultimate goal: to become the number one lifestyle development in the world. Ranked the top residential estate in Gauteng in 2019 by New World Wealth, and earning itself a place amongst the world’s top 10 estates in 2021 according to NWW's list, Steyn City is well on its way to achieving this aim. It's unique setting has played a key role in its growing popularity amongst home buyers and investors alike: prolific planting of indigenous trees & shrubs has led to the rise of a magnificent 2000-acre parkland, giving residents all the space to lead an active, outdoor-oriented life in a secure setting. The wide range of leisure facilities on offer adds to this: residents are able to go walking, running or cycling along a well-lit 45km promenade, stable their horses at a world class Equestrian Centre, perfect their stroke at the indoor Aquatic Centre, enjoy a round of golf at the Nicklaus design course, or challenge themselves with a 50km MTB ride. To keep children amused, there are several play nodes & resort pools. Cutting edge security means that all of these activities can be enjoyed with complete peace of mind. All of these facilities were planned upfront, as part of the developers’ initial R6,5 billion infrastructure investment for the development & node. Since then, a further R5 billion has been invested to create more facilities including the 300m Clearwater Lagoon & Ultimate Helistop as well as the latest development, City Centre which sets new standards in apartment living. It all adds up to complete convenience, enhanced by the presence of the on-site Steyn City School campus and AAA-grade office park. It's not surprising that the development has been central to the rapid growth of Johannesburg’s New North, with its participation in massive infrastructure upgrades laying the foundation for a new business hub minutes from key nodes & Lanseria.
