Boris Militsyn is a Lead Scientist at STFC, where they have been contributing their expertise since 2019. Previously, they held scientific positions at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS from 1990 to 1999, NIKHEF from 1997 to 1998, and the FOM Institute for Plasma Physics Rijnhuizen from 1999 to 2005. Boris earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Physics from Novosibirsk State University while also studying at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in 1979.
