Arlene Cura has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as an Early Childhood Education Specialist at STG International, Inc. since April 2011. Prior to this role, Arlene worked with the Guam Head Start Program from 1990 to 2011, where positions included Education/Disabilities Manager and Head Start Mentor Teacher, along with teaching roles as a Head Start Teacher and Aide. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Guam, earned between 1987 and 2011, and attended American InterContinental University from 2006 to 2007.
