Eddy Moya is a seasoned Program Manager at STGi, with over a decade of experience in federal contract management, specifically within the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Health Service Corps and Head Start contracts. Moya effectively ensures the timely and budget-conscious execution of deliverables while analyzing management and financial reports for trend evaluation. Prior roles include serving as a Data Analyst for Keres Consulting, focusing on the U.S. Department of Defense's Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program, and as a Consultant at The World Bank, where Moya managed data quality for diverse donors. Moya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Decision Science and Management Information Systems from George Mason University, an MBA in Finance from Strayer University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Virginia Community College.
