Marcia Euwema

Ms. Euwema has over 25 years of experience in human resources and management, spanning a variety of industries including the federal and private sectors, as well as non-profits. In her role at STGi, Ms. Euwema oversees all aspects of the Human Resources Department including recruitment and retention of top talent, onboarding, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, development of competitive compensation and benefit plans, and ensuring improved process efficiencies through the utilization of the HRIS and ATS. Ms. Euwema holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Davenport University and a SPHR Certification.
