With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Brent previously held the role of Senior Vice President at Clean Harbors, a major environmental firm, where guidance was provided to executives on complex people-related challenges. As Vice President and CHRO at Quantum Health, Brent focused on enhancing employee experience and aligning people strategy with business goals, facilitating significant growth. Brent's HR leadership also includes pivotal roles in organizations such as UT Health East Texas, Intermountain Healthcare, KKR, Waste Management, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mylan, and Cardinal Health.
