Paul Douglas

Paul Douglas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paul is currently the Business Development and Resources Manager at STgenetics, a position they have held since April 2021.

Prior to this, Paul worked at Genetysis starting in April 2009. As the Director, their focus was on managing EHM Pty Ltd and developing a business model for Genetysis, an applied agriculture consultancy service. Later, they became the National Service Sales Manager, responsible for managing herd services nationally and implementing business operation reviews.

Paul's earlier experience includes IT Project Manager roles at T & G Hynes Pty Ltd from January 1998 to February 2000, where they developed IT systems and infrastructure for a tile importing business. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager/Technical Writer at On Screen Pty Ltd from January 1996 to January 1998, focusing on software and business systems interpretation and documentation.
