Raphael Azevedo das Neves has a diverse work experience. Raphael started their career as an Auxiliar de Produção at Garoto from July 2018 to November 2020. During this role, they gained experience in various tasks such as inventory management, operating machinery, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

Following that, Raphael worked as an Operador de Máquina I at Garoto from November 2020 to October 2021. In this position, they were responsible for machine operation, inventory management, and implementing the TPM methodology.
