Jesper Ejlersen

Jesper Ejlersen is the CEO of Stibo Systems. Jesper has over fifteen years of experience in financial management and administration, including eleven years with EG A/S.

Ejlersen joined EG in 2005 in order to restructure the finance functions. Jesper was responsible for financial management in the parent company, for the group's central accounting department and the administration. Jesper also held a permanent seat on the audit committee.

During their time with EG, the company's strategy was to grow via acquisitions. Ejlersen was instrumental in transforming the legacy functions by introducing a strategic scope that eventually lead to the development of the Shared Service center. This initiative was key to achieving the required synergies from the acquisitions.

Jesper also built a solid Scandinavian management team that absorbed and integrated all acquired entities into one strong administrative unit while establishing efficient practices that ensured timely and precise reporting.

Ejlersen has also executed several acquisitions, several as a program manager. Jesper has created processes and tools that supported moving from traditional to virtual data rooms, and doing virtual due diligence.

Jesper is also a turnaround specialist who has served in various business lines over time, driving better economic performance.

Jesper Ejlersen has a degree in Cand.Merc. from Aarhus University and is certified from Stibo Systems in C3R - Culture, Competence, Collaboration. Jesper also has certification from PwC in IFRS University (Advanced) and from Valcon in Lean Academy. Jesper has experience as a board member with both extended and basic responsibilities from Business Administration and Management, General from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus.

Their manager is Carsten Christensen, Group CEO. They work with Dan Korsgaard - CEO, Stibo DX, Søren Henriksen - CEO, Stibo Complete.
