Lot van Dijk

Lot van Dijk is the Head of Legal & Compliance at stichd - PUMA SE Group, where they specialize in Dutch corporate and contract law. They were previously the General Counsel and Secretary to the Management Board at Transdev Nederland from 2014 to 2019, and held the position of Senior Company Lawyer at Connexxion/Transdev. Lot has also operated their own business, Terecht, from 2012 to 2016, focusing on recovery of damages in criminal cases. They have an extensive educational background in law, including degrees from the University of Utrecht and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and have participated in various executive courses, most notably in Cyber Essentials for General Counsel.
