Ciel van Aalderen

Ciel van Aalderen has extensive experience as a trainingsactrice, primarily with De Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermers since April 2008, focusing on training family coaches and youth protectors through various methodologies such as Signs of Safety and communication techniques for engaging with children and families in complex situations. Additionally, Ciel has worked with Sirius Training en Advies, Tabor College A'mpte, and Parlan Jeugd & Opvoedhulp, providing training on topics including aggression management and effective communication. Ciel holds degrees in Cultural/Child Work from Sociale Academie Karthuizer and Management in Childcare from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
