Nick Nicolaas

Nick Nicolaas has extensive experience in social work, particularly in youth protection and elderly care. Currently working as a Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermer at De Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermers since March 2017, Nick implements child protection measures and youth rehabilitation programs, with a focus on juvenile criminal law. Previously, Nick served as a Coordinator for the elderly project OOK Samen at Stichting Pluspunt, and completed a stage as a Toezichthouder/Adviseur at Reclassering Nederland, where internal training and certification were obtained. Additional experience includes working as an Ambulant hulpverlener at RIBW K/AM and as a Zorgmedewerker at Huis in de Duinen. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk Werk en Dienstverlening from InHolland Haarlem and an MBO Level 4 degree in Tourism/Recreation from ROC Leiden.
