Esther van Rees

Esther van Rees has a diverse professional background in social care and hospitality. Currently serving as an Individueel Begeleider at Stichting De Tussenvoorziening since March 2019, Esther is involved in family guidance. Prior experience includes working as a Jeugdzorgwerker Zelfstandigheidstraining at De Rading Jeugd & Opvoedhulp, where mentorship was provided to three youths in a residential setting. Additional roles encompass residential guidance at Maatschappelijke Opvang regio 's-Hertogenbosch, service in the hospitality industry at Tapasrestaurant Me Gusta, and organizing activities for at-risk youth and individuals with intellectual disabilities at Vivaan. Esther's early experience includes assisting people with disabilities at Stichting Ons Bedrijf and serving in a room service role at Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa. Educated at Avans University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Horeca Ondernemer Manager, Esther also attended Leerhotel het Klooster.
