Guusta van der Zwaart

Guusta van der Zwaart currently serves as the Voorzitter of Armoedecoalitie Utrecht since January 2023 and has been active at Stichting De Tussenvoorziening since June 2011, holding roles such as Bestuurder and Clustermanager for both innovation and development as well as opvang and begeleiding. Additionally, Guusta van der Zwaart has been the Voorzitter of the landelijke netwerk Maatschappelijke Opvang at Vereniging Valente since November 2019 and previously chaired the stuurgroep for Housing First Nederland from June 2021 to January 2023. Past experience includes management roles at Jeugdformaat from September 2003 to April 2011, overseeing both ambulatory and residential services for youth, and a prior position at RIJ from August 1999 to December 2003 focused on educational programs for at-risk youth. Guusta van der Zwaart holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a bachelor's degree in Social Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool, supplemented by earlier education including VWO at Gouwe College and Vrije school Leiden.
