Samuel van Eldert

Samuel van Eldert has extensive experience in social support and guidance, currently serving as an Individueel begeleider and Activerend begeleider for Stichting De Tussenvoorziening since August 2017. In these roles, Samuel contributes to the Avond-, Nacht- en Weekendteam for emergency support and works as a supporting guide in various residential and crisis facilities for clients facing significant challenges, including justice-related issues and substance abuse. Prior to this, Samuel held several positions that focused on client activation and communication, including a role as a kitchen assistant at 't Veerhuys and an internship at Wijkleerbedrijf Terecht!, where responsibilities included marketing and community engagement. Samuel holds a degree in Social Work from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a certificate in Social Work Excellence from ROC Midden Nederland.
